New Mod - Farming Overhaul

Been a while but I'm back on some content before A21 launches. I wanted to address the controversial farming changes introduced in A20 before we head into the A21 Cycle. Having tried it i didn't find the yields too bad, no perks & Living Of The Land 1 wasn't very profitable (or sustainable with no perks) however. So my focus has been mainly on addressing the tedium of crops no longer reverting to seeds when harvested since that just adds mindless busy work forever replanting.

So with this new mod i've been working on you will never need to replant a seed after harvesting. Harvested crops will downgrade to seeds again. To balance not having to give up a large chuck of your crops to crafting new seeds i've nerfed the 50% chance to get a seed on harvest to 20%, Living of the land 1 has also been nerfed from +100% more crops to +50% LOL3 has been reduced from +300% to +100%. This still nets you more slightly more crops that A20's current system but it's not too op so it's all good.

To add a little spice to farming i've also made it so certain crops will grow better than other in certain biomes. How this works is there is a chance a crop will fail and grow into a dead crop, this chance is buffed/nerfed based on the type of crop & biome it's planted in. All dead/failed crops will revert to a seed again when harvested. I've updated localisation to inform the players of this mechanic and the chances for each crop seed type.
